Good evening band families!
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. This is the last week of school, then we start the 2023/24 marching rehearsals.
The student's have rehearsal on Tuesday May 30 and Wednesday May 31 from 9-1 pm. I sent out a Sign Up Genius for the mini camp morning snacks, if you are able to bring fruit or set-up and serve, please sign up on the Sign Up Genius.
If you missed last week's meeting, I have attached the slide show, please take a look and let me know if you have any questions. Please note that the Raise Right QR code is not correct on the slide, they had to change our information, I have attached the new QR code and sign up code. I have attached the Band Commitment form, if you and your student have not filled it out yet, please print it, sign it, and turn into Mr. Dailey ASAP. Lastly, I have attached the calendar of events for the summer through Quarter 1, I will continue to update it with times when I have the information.
Please visit the band's website (address is at bottom of the email) to fill out our Google form if you are interested in volunteering this year.
If you need to check your student's account, you can access it through the band website, the password is bandfees2021. If your student is a freshman or new to marching band, they will not have an account yet, these will be created in August once we have the finalized band list with Student ID numbers.
We have our first restaurant night for the season coming up on Tuesday June 6th from 4-8 pm at Qdoba located at 3804 E 129th Ave, Thornton, CO. When you go, mention that you are with Horizon Band so we will earn a portion of the earnings for that night.
