King Soopers Cards

 

Here is the info for the new King Soopers Fundraising Program:

• Starting April 1st you will earn money by using your SooperCard/Loyalty Card.  If you have not already done so, you will need to create an online account with your loyalty card in order to participate in this fundraiser. (See below instructions)  Under to new program there is no longer a set percentage that is earned so there is no way to tell how much your student or the band will earn. Supporters earn rewards on most items every time they use their loyalty card to shop. However, there are specific items excluded:  alcohol, tobacco products, fuel, pharmacy, gift cards, lottery and tickets to name a few. Your card will select what is eligible and credit it after purchasing. Another thing of note is every card at the same address defaults to the same organization so for example:  dad can’t link his card to the band and mom links hers to the baseball account unless they have different addresses.

 

• A check will be sent to the band quarterly and at that time an email from will go out asking you to log in and print your report to be turned in to the King Soopers Coordinator. You will have a week to get the info to them or the funds will go to the general fund for the band.  The statement that comes to the band will have NO personal info or anything to tell who spent what amount so every person will need to print their statement for proper credit to their student's band account.  It is a legal issue for King Soopers to provide anyone with card info so that is why the band statement will not give us any information other than the amount the check.  

 

You must have a SooperCard/loyalty card and email in order to participate. 

 

STEP 1: CREATING AN ONLINE DIGITAL ACCOUNT

**NOTE: If you already have an online digital account, skip to #2

 

Go to www.kingsoopers.com/topic/king-soopers-community-rewards

• Select ‘Create an Account’.

• Under Sign-In information, enter your email and create a password.

• (Write down your email & password—will need it in step 2)

• Select ‘Use Card Number’.

• Enter your King Soopers Loyalty Card Number or Alt ID, last name and postal code.

• Under ‘Select Your Preferred Store’ enter your postal code.

• Select ‘Find Stores’.

• Choose your store then select ‘Create Account’.

• You will then be prompted to check your email for a confirmation email.

• Click the hyperlink in your email to finish creating your Online Account.

• Continue to step #2 to register for the King Soopers Community Rewards Program of your choice.

 

STEP 2: REGISTER FOR KING SOOPERS or City Market COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM

 

Go to www.kingsoopers.com/topic/king-soopers-community-rewards

• Select ‘Sign-In’.

• Enter your email and password then select ‘sign in’.

• (This will be the email and password you created in step 1)

• Select ‘My Account’ from drop down menu. Then select Community Rewards from the left-hand side under ‘Account Summary’

• Click on Community Rewards.

• Under Find an Organization: Enter the organization name or the NPO number (Our Organization is Horizon High School Band Parent Association and the NPO is VY393) before clicking on search make sure the organizations description is selected (example: Education, Faith Based, Animal, Athletic, Youth) on the view by type area.

• Then select Search Results.

 You should now see your organization information listed under ‘Community Rewards’ on your Account Summary page.
