We will be sending out sign ups through Sign Up Genius this week for the week of band camp, which is just 2 weeks away. If you are able to help out that, please sign up.

It's once again that time to send in a screenshot of or the link to your quarterly statement so that your student can be properly credited. Please email them by AUGUST 1ST to email@example.com. FYI: King Soopers Community Rewards Explained King Soopers Community Rewards is one of the easiest ways that you can earn money for your students by doing what you do all of the time...buying groceries! First you need to get a King Soopers Loyalty Card. Then go to the King Soopers webpage: www.kingsoopers.com/topic/king-soopers-community-rewards. Get yourself registered and follow the steps to choose the organization that you want to support. You will choose "Horizon H S Band Parent Association". The NPO (organization number) is VY393. Please read the details to know what products will and will not reap the benefits of this reward program. Unfortunately fuel, pharmacy and gift cards are not included. Your regular grocery shopping has so many products though. ***Every quarter we will send an email out to the band parents reminding you that it is time to email us your quarterly statement. That amount will then be deposited into your student's individual account from the balance given to us from King Soopers. If there is any money not claimed by an individual student, it will go into the general fund. It's a win-win situation. (This fundraiser is to support the funds of your individual student's band account. There is a small amount that will be put into the general fund as well if not claimed.) We need your help with props this year. We are looking for 4 sets of airport seats like the ones pictured below, if you know of any seats that are similar, or have some sort of seat connection, please let me know! The second band fee payment of $100 was due yesterday. Here are the payment options: 1) Mail a check to: HHSBPA P.O.
