Show Shirts for purchase!
If you would like to purchase a show shirt that is themed for our marching show this year, we are running a quick sale through September 13th so there is enough time to get the shirts to families before the majority of the competition season. There are four options available, and we need a minimum of 33 items sold for the order to run. Here is the link to the store as well as an image of what is available:
STUDENT SHIRTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ORDERED FOR STUDENTS! If they’d like a hoodie or long sleeve shirt, that’s a part of what this sale is for, but they are covered for the regular t-shirt to wear at performances and competitions.
Cookie Dough Fundraiser:
We’ve had a few questions about the Cookie Dough Fundraiser so I wanted to clarify a few things. We’ve opened this up to jazz, orchestra, and choir students as a general fundraiser that just goes toward our yearly general fund to help with buying music, festival and transportation costs, and other equipment specific to those programs.
If your student is going to Boston/NYC, they are welcome to also participate in the fundraiser but 100% of the proceeds goes toward their students account from what they sell. It takes a while to get the check from integrity, so you won’t see that credit until closer to December. It’s only to the music department general fund if they’re not going on the trip! The form can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OiIMqqwAzbxsXLqNCTFcQ4eTJYw_nfzz/view?usp=sharing
DUE THIS WEEK- September 15th.
We are having a restaurant night on Wednesday September 28th at Freddy's from 4-8. Please show this flyer (link below) and we will get 15% of earned sales into our general fund.
