Good evening band families,
First off, I have to say a huge thank you to all of you who helped make this year's first annual Showcase a big success despite the weather. We have over $2,000 going into the student's accounts and $1800 going into the general fund!
We are now able to have 25 people on our Hawk Haulers crew for competitions, so if you are interested in helping, please let me know and we will get you the Sign-Up Genius for the Hawk Haulers.
This weekend is our first competition, Monarch, which is held at Centaurus High School. We will be feeding the students lunch and will need food donated, please visit the meal train to sign up to help with this. https://mealtrain.com/mmvzg7
We will be sending out more information about the Monarch Festival, including times later in the week.
This week's events:
Tuesday - Rehearsal from 5:30 - 8:30
Wednesday - After school sectionals
Thursday - Football game - students will rehearse after school, the BPA will feed them dinner before they head to the game. Please make sure that your student brings a water bottle, their marching shoes and black socks with them to school.
