We have an exciting week ahead of us, please read this email in its entirety as it contains a lot of important information regarding the week ahead. I have also attached information sent to me from CBA with the rules for the Air Force Academy, including what is allowed in the stadium and where you can buy tickets.
Tomorrow we will be having our restaurant night at Chipotle off of 144th from 5-9, when you arrive make sure to mention that you are with Horizon Band for us to get credit for the sale. The parents will be decorating the band room Thursday night at 8:30pm, if you would like to help, either sign up on the sign up genius that was sent out, or just show up!
We need help with the Hawk Haulers this weekend, with quarter finals being on a Friday, we are looking for individuals who are able to meet down at the stadium at 9am. We will also need help on Saturday, unfortunately we will not know the meeting time until Friday afternoon.
Please remember that King Sooper statements are due by November 1.
