Weekly Update - June 12, 2023

Good afternoon band families!

The band has rehearsal tomorrow from 9-1.

I have updated the calendar and have attached it.

We will be having our car wash fundraiser on Saturday June 24th from 10am - 2pm at St. John's Lutheran Church, 11040 Colorado Blvd. The students will be bringing home tickets that they can sell for $10 each. The money they sell from the car wash tickets will go into their band account (if they sell all 10, it takes care of their first band payment!) All other sales will go into the general fund. There will be 2 different shifts that the students can choose from to work. We will be sending out a Sign Up Genius for parent help and for items we need to borrow (i.e buckets, shammies, etc...)

The first band payment of $100 is due on June 21st. We will accept cash, check (your student can give the payment to Mr. Dailey). We also accept Zell which has no service fee. If you use Venmo or PayPal, please include 2% to cover the service fee. You can find the link for payment on the website (see below). The password to look at your student's account is bandfees2021.

I have attached the last band parent slide presentation. If you would like to volunteer, you can use the link within the presentation which will take you to the google form.
