Good morning band families!
I cannot believe that the end of the school year is upon us, but here we are! I just wanted to send out a quick reminder about upcoming events:
Tuesday May 2 6:30 - Band Awards concert: Senior parent's, we will have tables set up for you to display your senior board if you choose to make one
Tuesday May 9 6:30 - Jazz Awards concert
Thursday May 11 5:00 - Color Guard Rehearsal
Wednesday May 17 2:00 - Graduation: The band will play at graduation, more details to come
Thursday May 18 5:00 - Marching Show Read thru: This includes incoming freshman, we will be inviting the freshman to join us for rehearsal, but if you know incoming freshman, please invite them, I do not have freshman emails yet, let's spread the word!
Thursday May 18 6:30 - Band parent meeting: This is a quarterly band parent meeting, we will be discussing next school year's budget, fees, and events. Please plan on attending and invite incoming freshman parents!
Thursday May 25 5:00 - Color guard rehearsal
Tuesday & Wednesday May 30 &31 (time TBD) Mini band camp
Reminder that King Sooper statements are due by May 1, and if you have a senior, please fill out the Google form about their account funds.
