Peach Sale!

Hello Band Families, We know that a lot of you have been waiting for this information. We appreciate your patience as we needed to get all of the details situated. The peach sale will start Friday, July 23rd and run through Friday, August 6th. Attached is the order form. Peaches will cost $45 per box with a 24.4% profit margin going to the band. This is an individual fundraiser so there will be a 60/40 split between your student and the general fund. Your student will receive $6.60 per box sold. The delivery date is set for the time period between August 20th-30th. Once the orchard has our total order the date will be determined. We will give you that date as soon as we receive it. One thing to note is that we are limited to 300 boxes total, as that is what is available from the orchard for our band sale. Get your orders in fast to guarantee that they will be filled. Once we hit the 300 box sale limit we will have to cut it off. The last day is set for August 6th barring total sales. It could end sooner. We will keep you notified if and when we reach 300 prior to that date. If you sell what you need to, email your completed order form to this address as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will collect your paper order at the parent Show and Tell Friday evening on August 6th. ALL MONEY is due and will be collected at the parent Show and Tell as well.
