Good evening band families!
It was so great to see so many of you on Friday, the students did a fantastic job, I cannot wait to see how the show continues to come together!
I just wanted to recap some things from the meeting, in case you were unable to attend.
-If you would like to get involved with helping the marching band, we need volunteers for Pit Crew, building props, chaperoning, fundraising, and food committee. If you would like to help in any of those areas and were not able to sign up on Friday, please let me know.
-We are extending the peach fundraiser until Tuesday August 9. I just checked prices at King Soopers today and they were $2.49/pound, which is right where we are at per pound, however, ours are going to be picked ripe and fresh off the tree. You are able to pay by cash, Venmo, or check made out to HHSBPA, all money needs to be turned in to Mr. Daily by Tuesday. Below is the link:

Dues are $350, you can pay by Venmo, check (made out to HHSBPA), or through the band's website using PayPal. -The band will not be participating in the Legacy competition this year on September 24 due to it being homecoming night, instead they will be performing at Big Cat on October 1st, the calendar is up to date on all the upcoming practices and performances. -This week the students have rehearsal on Tuesday and Thursday from 3-6.
