Dear Band Families, After much consideration, we have decided to have the band celebration on Thursday, June 25th. The ceremony itself will be available online at 1pm. Later, between the hours of 5-7pm, families can come to Horizon HS and students will receive their awards and certificates; and if a senior, a special gift from the BPA.
We will have a slide show going on for all of you to watch as you drive through and wait your turn to see Mr. Dailey, Miss Gooch, and Mr. Stevens and celebrate your amazing year.
We cannot wait to see all of you and give you the end of the year recognition that you all deserve.
We are asking all families to send any band pictures (Florida trip, jazz festivals, concerts, etc.) that you would like to share for the slide show to Lynn Scavuzzo by Friday, June 19th. Her email address is lynn@scavuzzo.net.
Seniors...we want to see your senior boards and put them on display! If you want your board showcased, bring it to HHS on Thursday, June 18th between 1130am and 1230pm and give it to Mrs. Van Oss. She will collect them at the back door on the sidewalk where the buses pick you up and drop you off for band events.
